DP Ruto: I stopped the 17 billion shillings MTRH renovation project

Almost a week after the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital refurbishment scam popped up, Deputy President William Ruto, broke his silence over the matter. He admitted that he indeed stopped the implementation of the project but for a reason. Ruto insists the project will not be accomplished under the Jubilee administration.
